"Mark opened his door with no appointment at all, and no pretensions. After being shuttered away from two other jewelers in the building because I had no appointment, I appreciated the warm welcome and excellent selection of sapphires to enhance my wife’s wedding ring for Valentines Day.

"Mark helped completely transform my engagement ring into the custom design of my dreams! After going to a couple other jewelry places, I was floored by Mark's personable nature and experience. It was so nice to work directly with the artist himself. He told me exactly what was possible and what he thought would be best. He sent me text updates with pictures to show the progress of my ring. He even rushed my order on a short deadline and got it done quick! My ring turned out absolutely stunning and I can't stop staring at it. I'm looking forward to going back for my wedding ring and probably my fiancé's too! Mark even includes free sizing and cleaning for life, which is amazing. "
