"Mark was very easy to work with. My partner and I met him 3 times to discuss her wedding band. Mark was extremely attentive and listened to our design ideas for a ring. We wanted a Sapphire gem and he was able to provide a variety of sizes and colors to pick from. He was also very accommodating with our desire to have rose gold band for the specific design we had discussed. He right away ordered it. We can't thank Mark enough for all the work he put in. We love the ring!"

"Mark is the best in the business. He is extremely talented. We worked with him on a wedding ring upgrade. We wanted to include every bit of the original ring, and also add a couple of new diamonds. He has an exceptional collection of diamonds, which we went through pretty extensively to find the perfect diamonds to add to my ring. I was very particular about what I wanted and he went above and beyond. His design was even better than what I could have ever imagined. I was blown away. Not only is he phenomenally talented but Mark is also very kind and honest. From the start, he was transparent about the cost and gave us an honest breakdown of the total. Overall, our experience was fantastic and recommend Jewelry by Design to anybody."
