"I came here for my wife's wedding ring, and we couldn't have asked for a better jeweler. We had general ideas in mind (emeralds making a sort of flower petal shape, diamonds on the band, heart shapes you could see through, and a mirrored version for symmetry). Mark drew up several designs based on our descriptions, until we landed on something we really liked. He borrowed (and cleaned) the engagement ring to fit a handmade model of our design to it. Mark was able to make a couple rounds of edits to the model to really make it perfect. He gave us our official quote and asked for a pretty reasonable deposit as he needed to order a few more triangular emeralds. After a couple weeks, Mark showed us one ring of the set, and mentioned that the emeralds ordered were nicer than what he had on hand. So, he had gone ahead and ordered a few more of that quality to make sure it matched and didn't raise the quote despite the increase in production costs. He completed the set, and we are 100% satisfied. It's held up phenomenally over the past nine months, and my wife gets tons of compliments on it. If we ever wanted to create another piece of jewelry, we would definitely come back. Thanks Mark!"

"For my 30th birthday, I decided I wanted to gift myself an heirloom-quality ring made with some old mine cut diamonds I already owned. I love vintage/antique jewelry and explained to Mark that I was looking for an Edwardian-style ring with pearls and diamonds. In the first session, we took about 1.5hrs to discuss what I wanted while he sketched out several different possible designs until we landed on one I loved. The next step was creating the cast mold, and he had me come in to try it on and see how I liked the design in 3D so that we could make adjustments if something wasn't feeling right. Mark was extremely communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The end result is incredible. Mark is truly an artist and expert craftsman. The ring is exactly what I wanted and it's incredibly well-made. This piece is something I am going to be passing down as an heirloom in the future - so much thought, detail, and hard work was put into it and it shows. Thank you Mark, for your expertise and being so easy to work with!"

"Mark made my wife's engagement and wedding rings years ago. I brought them in recently, along with my wedding band that I did not purchase through Mark, to get cleaned. Not only did he clean them but he did some repair work on my ring (the one not purchased through him) free of charge! This is the kind of service you can expect with Mark. He goes above and beyond. He truly cares about making his clients happy and I would not hesitate for one second to have him make more jewelry for me."
