"Mark made my first piece of custom jewelry, a tanzanite ring. From start to finish he was responsive, listened to exactly what I wanted, and delivered a beautiful ring. I cannot imagine an easier process and I am absolutely delighted with the finished product! "I had purchased a ring that was a dual-band with a repeating pattern on the inside and outside of both bands. I had also ordered it in the designer’s largest available size...which ended up being too small. Darn! I reached out to the designer to have it sized up, only to be told that they couldn’t do it. My heart was broken because I had a ring I absolutely loved but could not wear. What to do??__Enter Jewelry by Design. Mark walked me through different options for sizing my ring with its particular challenges, and he ended up doing a CAD model of the ring in the right size and recreating segments of both bands so that the ring could go up to the right size without anyone being able to tell. When I saw the finished product, even I couldn’t tell that the ring had been sized...the pattern was perfect inside and out on both bands! And now I have a ring I adore and wear every single day.
