"I found Mark when I thought I lost my engagement rink and I wanted to make a replica . Mark listened to me for 2 hours as I was trying to remember the design of my ring. I later found it and Mark polished it without charge. I had another ring which was too small, and Mark sized it for a very reasonable price. I had a great experience at Jewlery by Design."

"I really appreciated Mark's professionalism. He designed both my ring and my husband's ring, cutting the gemstone my husband brought with precision from a difficult piece. He also did a resize for my ring and was very communicative the whole time while my husband's ring was being fashioned. I would highly recommend his work to friends. "

"I’m so happy my husband found this jeweler. I had a small issue with my custom ring and Mark quickly got back to me with a solution. We had since moved out of state and he quickly fixed my ring and at no cost to me shipped it back looking brand new again. I highly recommend Mark and can’t say enough what a pleasure it was. "Absolutely fantastic jeweler! Mark delivered beyond my expectations with a necklace pendant he sketched out based on a few sentences and vague descriptions over a phone call. His design was impeccable, worked on a tight timeline and went so far as to hand deliver the final product on Christmas Eve! My wife was so please with the result we are going back for him to do some work on an heirloom piece tomorrow."
