Excellent customer service
"I’m so happy my husband found this jeweler. I had a small issue with my custom ring and Mark quickly got back to me with a solution. We had since moved out of state and he quickly fixed my ring and at no cost to me shipped it back looking brand new again. I highly recommend Mark and can’t say enough what a pleasure it was. "Absolutely fantastic jeweler! Mark delivered beyond my expectations with a necklace pendant he sketched out based on a few sentences and vague descriptions over a phone call. His design was impeccable, worked on a tight timeline and went so far as to hand deliver the final product on Christmas Eve! My wife was so please with the result we are going back for him to do some work on an heirloom piece tomorrow."

"I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his business. Mark was incredibly helpful in creating a special, one of a kind ring for my husband when he was picking out an engagement ring for me. My husband has no knowledge of rings or jewels but Mark was patient and helpful in creating a design from the limited vision and information about me and my taste that my husband provided.
He can make anything from the most basic jewelry (like my husband's ring) to the most custom jewelry (like my engagement ring and wedding band). He was also able to create a beautiful ring from some diamonds my husband provided from his late grandma and had matching ones to supplement the rest of the ring. I love my rings, the meaning behind them and working with a professional like Mark to help us make decisions but also allow us to personalize with our own ideas when applicable. He will also provide lifetime cleaning to us when needed."
