"I went to Mark for an Engagement Ring. I do not know anything about jewelry, but he was very accommodating, transparent, and easy to work with. After the ring was done (and she said yes) she wanted some changes. I was a little worried - I didn't want Mark thinking we did not like his work, but there were some items we wanted moved a bit. He accommodated everything we asked in the same gracious and open way we spoke at our first meeting. His pricing was also very reasonable and transparent, which I appreciated quite a bit as well. I am looking forward to another reason to go back for another beautiful piece, and have recommended a few of my friends do so already. Thank you Mark!"

"Mark was super helpful and professional in helping my fiancé create my wedding band. My fiancé wanted to make my wedding band out of his purity ring and Mark was able to accommodate by cutting the rings band width in half horizontally and resizing it to make it into a women’s wedding band, flawlessly. He was able to keep original elements of the rings design and incorporate them into the new band. We honestly did not think it would be possible to get done what we had wanted but he made it possible and exceeded our expectations immensely. We will definitely be returning for any other jewelry needs."

"We had been considering updating our wedding rings to mark our 25th anniversary. I was reluctant because we had put much thought into our original rings, and I didn't want to lose that design and all the memories that surrounded our originals. We met Mark when shopping for a pendant for a milestone birthday, and we quickly knew that Mark was the perfect jeweler to update our rings. He worked with us to craft two rings that greatly exceed our expectations. When we look at our new rings, we see simultaneously see the original designs and the new designs. It's remarkable! Not only is Mark a master craftsman, he is also an expert listener. We will trust Mark with all future jewelry desires."
