"If I had only 1 word for Mark at JBD, OUTSTANDING! I have to admit that Mark is a superior jeweler. We came to Mark asking to have a ring replicated. I had a wedding band custom made years ago and it was a size 13, since then I have lost about 95 lbs and my finger is now a 9 1/4. The wife and I truly love the ring that we had custom made but it no longer fit at all and was unable to be sized due to the construction [see pictures]. So we looked up Jewelers on Yelp.com and found Mark at JBD. Mark has an air of confidence about him that seemed a little over confident. But his craftsmanship in the finished product validates that his talents can deliver and live up to [in my case exceed] expectations. My new ring looks better than the original did on so many different levels. Mark will definitely take the time to listen to customers and talk about what you want as well as give design ideas that are spot on. "Mark made my first piece of custom jewelry, a tanzanite ring. From start to finish he was responsive, listened to exactly what I wanted, and delivered a beautiful ring. I cannot imagine an easier process and I am absolutely delighted with the finished product! "Working with Mark was an absolute joy. I had received some heirloom opal jewelry from my grandmother, and my fiancé and I wanted to use the stones to make a a set of custom, organic, Art Nouveau inspired rings that would serve as both our wedding and engagement rings. We wanted something that we could someday pass down to future generations...something lasting, of beautiful quality, and unique design. That is exactly what we got. I’m an illustrator by trade, so I can be very picky and my tastes tend run on the...complicated and unconventional side. I was very worried I would not be able to find a jeweler up to the task...After talking with Mark the first day, I knew I no longer had any reason to worry! He was definitely up to the task - and even seemed genuinely excited by the challenge. I came to Mark with a few design ideas- some I pulled from the internet and altered to suit my needs, and others I just sketched up myself. Together we work-shopped a set of rings that are more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. He listened intently to what I had in mind, offered his own suggestions, and was very focused on making sure that all the details were consistent with what I was going for. He sent us updates with photos of the rings in progress along the way and was more than fair and upfront with all the payment details. He let us make a payment plan that worked within our time frame, continued to allow us to trade in jewelry our families had donated to offset the cost, and was always friendly and professional. Plus, I was quite impressed with his gem selection and speedy turn around! Honestly I just cannot say enough good things. Everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect...I am just so grateful. Our rings are so beautiful and unique - truly a stunning display of love, craftsmanship, and artwork!"

"Mark Beauchamp and Jewelry by Design have completely exceeded my expectations. Mark was absolutely wonderful to work with and crafted an engagement ring for my fiancé that blew us away! He also produced the ring ahead of schedule so I could propose on a special date. I will definitely return for any jewelry in the future. Greatly recommended!"
