Mark is truly a master of his craft. Extremely professional, very responsive, transparent, and will make sure that you maximize the bang for your buck.
I initially visited several of the high end chain stores to purchase my now fiance's engagement ring. In retrospect, I am very happy I didn't. Mark provides a best in class personalized experience to suit your needs. Your dollar will go much further with Mark.
He handled everything - partnering with me to design the ring, sourcing extremely high quality stones, and crafting the end product. The result speaks for itself :) the pictures do not do it justice. He has crafted us the most incredible ring that I have ever seen. I could not be happier with my experience.
The whole process took less than a month. I will be going to mark for all of my future Jewelry needs. Thank you Mark and I look forward to doing business again with you soon!

He listened carefully and helped to realize an artistic and technically well crafted design based on mere glimpses of ideas that I had combined with his design expertise and experience. "This review is long overdue. I initially went to Jewelry by Design during the COVID lockdowns to come up with an engagement ring design. My partner had some ideas in mind and Mark put his own creative spin on it and created a beautiful ring to house the Montana sapphire that we purchased prior to meeting. Three years later we came back to get our weddings bands made because we value the craftsmanship and artistic eye that Mark possesses. I can highly recommend him for any jewelry needs, wedding or otherwise."
