Just like new
"My husband had an unfortunate accident while working under the hood of his car. His wedding band made contact with the battery terminal and it literally blew out the top of his ring. We took it to Mark and he did a wonderful job making the repair as well as refurbishing the wear and tear from 32 years of daily use. I hope he posts the photos on his “Before & After” page since I can’t attach them here. The difference is like night and day! I would recommend Mark for any jewelry repair you need. At least talk with him, visit his shop, and see his beautiful work first hand. He completed the job in the timeframe promised at a fair and reasonable price. There were no high pressure, hard sell tactics involved. It was a pleasure doing business with Jewelry by Design. "

Mark is truly a master of his craft. Extremely professional, very responsive, transparent, and will make sure that you maximize the bang for your buck.
I initially visited several of the high end chain stores to purchase my now fiance's engagement ring. In retrospect, I am very happy I didn't. Mark provides a best in class personalized experience to suit your needs. Your dollar will go much further with Mark.
He handled everything - partnering with me to design the ring, sourcing extremely high quality stones, and crafting the end product. The result speaks for itself :) the pictures do not do it justice. He has crafted us the most incredible ring that I have ever seen. I could not be happier with my experience.
